A.W.T. has now combined the high level technology and patents from all successful Accu-Print High-Tech printers and Accu-Cure U.V. dryers into one total, unique multicolor printing and U.V. curing in-line production system.
The New Auto-GraphTM High-Tech U.V. multicolor Screen Printing System can print up to seven color at one time with one or two operators. This system is ideal for printing on pressure sensitive material, wood, glass, paper, vinyl, plexiglass, canvas, metal, cardboard, polycarbonate, magnetic stock, polyethylene and more. Production moves quickly and smoothly on the Auto-Graph. Set-up is fast. There is immediate proofing and registration checking of even the most complicated jobs. You never handle or remove your stock from the vacuum tables. Registration and print repeatability is excellent.
The Auto-Graph is easy to access for registration, set-up and cleaning and it has all the same features as our famous Accu-Print High-Tech Series of flatbed presses. The indexer is extremely precise with Servo Drive technology. The Servo Drive will provide exact indexing into the next station for registration accuracy. In between each print head is A.W.T.'s Accu-Cure U.V. Curing System, the ultimate in cooler high speed variable output curing. Each unit has individual controls for variable U.V. output of 100, 200 and 300 watts per inch. lamps have height adjustments for thicker substrates and still maintain safety features. Advance reflector design is used for maximum curing potential and proper cooling and heating. Each curing unit is complete with safety interlock.
An optional chiller is available for heat sensitive substrates. The A.W.T. Auto-Graph will provide high output of finished product at low costs. |
