The Accu-Print High-Tech HL™ four-post flatbed press combines a European-designed print head with top-tier engineering attributes, including: a patented stroke length adjustment with up-front computer controls; a unique ink recovery system that optimizes ink usage; an independent carriage stroke and four-post lift drive; electro-mechanical brake; four point masterframe lock-in; and a stand alone control panel for easy positioning. The unit’s solid construction is further enhanced by a heavy-duty belt drive carriage for smooth squeegee action; a brushless vacuum motor for quiet, maintenance-free operation; and A.W.T.’s industry-leading Remote Diagnostics feature for instant service worldwide.

Press Diagnostics & Productivity Interface
Instant, on-board trouble shooting with productivity enhancement programming. Screens include basic press information, automatic error messages and individual job status. Works with remote phone modem to reduce downtime and maximize service turnaround.
Electronic trouble shooting minimizes downtime.

Reciprocating Vacuum Bed and Take-Off System
The grippers activate when needed to grip your material and hold it in place. The bed then reciprocates out into the load position for very easy delivery of material onto the vacuum bed in perfect register. The operator no longer needs to stick his head under the print head to feed the stock. As the vacuum bed moves out, the substrate drops onto the belt Take-Off system, and is transported to the dryer. This system operates smoothly and quietly, handling a wide range of substrates including paper, plastics, masonite and metals.
World-Wide direct service instantly via remote telephone modem hook-up
Phone modem feature provides a direct communication link between the High-Tech on-board micro-processor and the central A.W.T.'s diagnostics computer for instant worldwide service. Local PC hook-up in customer plant is not required.
